Peter Manettas is a licensed home inspector serving Massachusetts (#820) and New Hampshire (#762). Since beginning his career in 2021, Peter has built a reputation for thorough, detail-oriented inspections and clear, honest reporting.

His path into home inspection began during his time at the University of Massachusetts Boston, where he discovered the profession and quickly committed to it full-time. After completing the required coursework, Peter successfully passed the National Home Inspector Examination and has been actively inspecting homes ever since.

Peter brings a strong mechanical and technical background to his work. From a young age, he developed hands-on experience working on cars—performing his first oil change at 12 and brake work at 14—and has continued to build practical knowledge across electrical systems, construction, and home infrastructure. Growing up with an electrical engineer as a father, along with framing experience, has given him a well-rounded understanding of how homes are built and function.

He also has a strong interest in modern home systems, including smart home technology, which he has extensively implemented in his own home. He plans to become certified to use drone technology for roof inspections in the near future.

Raised in Billerica, Massachusetts, Peter values hard work, attention to detail, and clear communication. His background includes leadership experience in retail management and several years as a stage manager in theater—roles that demanded precision, organization, and accountability. These qualities now define his approach to every inspection.

Peter’s goal is simple: to provide clients with the knowledge and confidence they need to make informed decisions about their homes.
